Branson Landing


Beautifully located along the shoreside of Lake Taneycomo, Branson Landing is a unique shopping center that boasts a beautiful promenade where you can find the spectacular water fountain that spews fascinating geysers, lights, fire, and the tunes of melodious music. 


Recent visitors have enjoyed great shopping at Branson Landing with its more than 100 shops and many fine restaurants, including White River Fish House and Cantina Laredo. Near the landing, visitors will find a fantastic zipline adventure at the Parakeet Pete's Waterfront Zipline.


Silver Dollar City


With the vast selection of exhilarating rides and great entertainment at Silver Dollar City, the locals and visitors have a good reason to say that they love living in Branson. This 19th century themed amusement park makes guests scream their heads off as they take a heart-pumping ride on the roller coasters Outlaw Run or the PowderKeg. Along with its thrilling rides, Silver Dollar City boasts 60 outlet shops and restaurants, 40 entertaining shows, and six annual festivals that make this place the most visited spot in the Midwest.


Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery


Located in Taney County near the Table Rock Dam, Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery is a trout-rearing facility in Branson which produces between 350,000 to 400,000 pounds of rainbow and brown trout annually. The fish hatchery offers guided tours that allow visitors to hike on one of the four trails and provides them fishing access to Lake Taneycomo. The hatchery features a 50-seat auditorium, pavilion, picnic tables, and wildlife-viewing tower.


College of the Ozarks


Nicknamed "Hard Work U," the College of the Ozarks offers a unique educational system where the students work inside the campus to pay for their tuition fees. In addition to being an innovative educational institution, the campus features interesting attractions such as the Ralph Foster Museum, which tells the Ozarks and Edwards Mill story, which grinds whole-grain flour and meal that visitors can buy. 


Visitors are highly recommended to try a meal at either Dobyns Dining Hall or the Keeter Center, where student employees prepare the food. Don't skip their homemade ice cream, made from the fresh milk at the on-campus W. Alton Jones Dairy.


Titanic Museum


The Titanic Museum, which is built like it is crashing into an iceberg, offers every guest a self-guided tour. This includes stopping at the Grand Staircase, beautiful hallways, first-class staterooms, and 20 different public rooms. 


The unique museum will allow visitors to become a passenger of the great ocean liner and experience the tragic maiden voyage by browsing through many over 400 artifacts and countless exhibits. The tour allows guests to touch a real iceberg, plunge their hands into 28-degree water and try to stand on the sloping decks that mimic the incline of the ship when it was sinking.


Sight & Sound Theatres


Whether you are a visitor or a local, don't miss to visit the 2,000-seat Sight & Sound Theater which is one of the best things to do in Branson. The theater often features Biblical themes, so it has been called the "Christian Broadway." The recent musical shows that were performed here include "Samson," "Jonah," and "Miracle of Christmas." 


Billed as a family-friendly theater, Sight & Sound Theaters in Branson features a glass-encased family room, which allows parents to care for their children and watch the performance on a TV without causing a distraction to the audience.
