Horse Walk at Dolly Parton's Stampede

Beautifully located at W 76 Country Blvd. in Branson, the Horse Walk is open daily from 8 am to 3 pm. At the site, you'll meet the 32 four-legged stars of the show. Dewey Short Visitors Center
Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, Dewey Short Visitors Center is also called "The Crown Jewel of Table Rock Lake." With a vast space of 15,000 square feet and with a cost of around $7.9 million dollars, the center features a state-of-the-art interactive map, native American artifact exhibits, beautiful murals, and a 20-minute film show on how the Table Rock Dam was built. The Dewey Short Visitors Center was named after Congressman Dewey Jackson Short, a Republican Congressman from Missouri's 7th Congressional District, who has been elected for twelve terms in office.

The area features hiking trails, the White River Balds Natural area, and Roark Creek. Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area is also home to many of the locations featured in Harold Bell Wright's classic novel, Shepherd of the Hills.
Free Discovery Trolley
You can ride for free on the Discovery Trolley of Branson. The trolley will allow you to enjoy an overview of some of Branson's landmarks. The trolley tour will start from the historic downtown area and proceed to Branson Convention Center and The Branson Landing. The Discovery Trolley operates from March to December daily, 10 am to pm (except on Thanksgiving and Christmas). However, the trolley also runs in February, but only three days a week from Friday to Sunday, from 11 am to 5 pm. There will be pick up and drop off points which are generally every 15 minutes.
